Shipping Timelines

·       Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 business days.

·       Delivery in India: Usually takes 7 to 15 days from the dispatch date.

·       International Orders: Typically arrive within 20 to 30 days. If a delivery issue arises, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 30 to 40 days from when the issue is identified.

·       Please note: These are estimated timelines and can vary due to customs, location, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

Delivery Address

At the Time of Delivery

·       ID & Signature: For high-value orders, a signature and ID verification may be required. Someone you trust can receive the order on your behalf, but make sure it is received securely.

·       Missed Deliveries: Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If undelivered, the package is returned. Contact the courier directly to reschedule, or email us for support.

Unexpected Delays (Force Majeure)
