Refund & Return Policy
At Puneet Gems, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds, subject to the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Applicable Products: Returns or replacements are only applicable for loose gemstones, and are subject to quality inspection and verification by our quality control team.
Exclusions Due to Damage: Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
Required Documentation: The item must be returned along with the original product certificate, invoice, packaging, lab reports, and any other accompanying documentation.
Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition of Returned Item: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Any signs of tampering or alterations to the product or certification will result in the request being denied.
Late Returns: Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns/Exchanges Not Accepted For:
Change of Mind: Requests due to personal preference or disinterest after purchase.
Packaging or Minor Imperfections: Minor flaws in packaging that do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Color/Size Variations: Slight differences in color or size due to screen resolution, lighting, or manufacturing variations.

* Made-to-Order or Special Order Items
* Sale or Discounted Items
* Worn or Damaged Items
* Loose Gemstones that Have Been Set Sale Items
Refund Process
Domestic Orders (Within India)
Once your return is approved and we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–12 working days.
You will be notified via email upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund request.
International Orders
In the case of delivery issues for international orders, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 40–45 days from issue identification.
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or related charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If an international shipment is refused or cancelled after dispatch, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any customs/duty charges. Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned goods and deduct applicable charges.
